Honesty shall always be expected. Conflict of interest shall be avoided and where such possibility exists , it shall be fully disclosed to the Board Directors. All applicable laws and regulations shall be followed.All directors and employees of the Company shall adhere to the Statement of Operating Policies as approved by the Board of Directors.”
