Board Of Directors

The Board of Directors plays an integral role in policy formation, supervision and control of the Company. It provides a sense of direction for the Company and establishes the operating policies and reviews the performance of SLCL on regular intervals with the purpose of ensuring compliance to the established policies. Major decisions are taken by the Board, which convenes on a regular basis. The Board approves large lease transactions, significant borrowings and other major operational matters. There are specific limits above which all lease proposals must be reviewed and approved by the Board. The following members comprise of the Board of Directors of the Company who bring with them a collective professional and working knowledge of over 30 years.
